Delete your account
& personal data
Request deletion of your Galdr Study account and its associated data, or ask us to delete specific personal information. You do not need to reinstall the app.
Prefer to write directly? Email support@galdr.study with the subject “Galdr Study account and data deletion”. Include your account email, sign-in method, and whether you want to delete the whole account or specific data. If you no longer know or have access to that email, explain this so we can discuss another way to verify ownership.
Which information is covered?
A full account deletion request covers the personal information associated with your Galdr Study account in the systems we control, including relevant information held by providers on our behalf.
Account and profile
Your Galdr Study sign-in record, account identifier, email address, and stored profile information.
Learning and saved answers
Cloud-saved answers, lesson and course progress, results, review history, and learning preferences.
Linked usage information
Identifiable analytics or diagnostic data associated with your account, where collected and identifiable.
Other personal information
Associated support and purchase information, subject to the limited retention described below.
For a request to delete selected data, tell us which information you want removed. We will explain any effect on your learning progress or account functions before proceeding.
Information that may remain
Limited records may need to be kept for legal obligations, accounting, fraud prevention, security, or legal claims. We explain the retained categories, reason, and applicable period when handling your request. Restricted backup copies expire according to the retention schedule in our Privacy Policy. Genuinely anonymous statistics cannot be linked back to an individual request.
To remove device-only data, use your device's app-storage controls or uninstall the app. Copies you exported, screenshots, and backups under your own control must be removed separately. Apple and Google may retain their own store records under their policies.
Manage your subscription separately
Account deletion does not necessarily stop store billing. You can cancel renewal in Apple subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions. You do not need to pay, give up a refund claim, or keep a subscription to request deletion.
